Processing fwm logexport on alternate Win2003 host

Running NGX R65 with a Windows 2003 Smart Center..
I have a huge number of logs that I need to process with "fwm logexport" but for a number of reasons cannot do that on the SmartCenter system. I loaded up the Gateway portions of R65 on another Win2003 server and I now have the fwm.exe, however it needs to be licensed before it will read and process the log files. I'm using
fwm -i fw-log-file-name.log -o output.txt -n -p

I don't have access to the license just now, is there any way I can just do the export to ascii from the binary log files?
