Default Firewall not logging

Need some help here.

I have 5 firewalls on NG AI R55 centrally managed from management server.

3 fwall are logging with no issues however the past number of days 2 fwalls have stopped logging to the tracker.

From the fwall I can telnet to the management server on port 257 (FW1 Log) and when I run tcpdump I can see the log traffic flowing between the mgmt server and module but the tracker is not picking it up?

anybody seen this before?
