Default Time is one hour off in SmartView Tracker

Time is one hour off in SmartView Tracker

For example, the system date and time on a firewall is correct with timezone France/Paris, but logs in SmartView Tracker are one day and one hour late.

The problem is the result of a Windows bug that crops up when Daylight Savings Time changes over. Check Point has worked around this bug in NG FP3 HFA-312 or above, as well as NG AI HFA-403. Contact your Certified Service Partner for details on how to obtain this hotfix.

Others have suggested that this particular problem can be resolved by simply restarting the services on the management station (i.e. cprestart).

I've noticed this also with the mgmt station running on Sun and the Tracker being ran on Windows XP. The firewalls are at NG FP3 HFA 3.25. Not sure what HFA my mgmt station is running though.

Smart Update Shows HFA-306 & HFA-325 for the Mgmt Station.
