Hi Folks, I hope everyone is well. I am having an issue with my logs presently. When I launch the SmartView Tracker I am not seeing any logs appear from either of my two firewalls. I ran a tcpdump on my management box (logging server) and I see traffic over port 257 coming from both of my firewalls. I also ran a tcpdump on all the interfaces found on my second firewall. i only found that traffic was being communicated on port 257 on my internal interface, to my management box (seems correct to me). From what i can tell both of the firewalls are actually sending logs to the management box, but no displaying them in SmartView Tracker. Any thoughts here?

nah, i mean creating a new log file. can do it two ways, via smart tracker, select 'file' 'switch active file' or from the cli, 'fw logswitch' this will write the current log to a file with the current date & time, & create a new fw.log

Was there any solution on this issue ? I have exactly the same problem with a clusterxl installation here. Thank you
