| Dear all, In our distributed envirnment i can see logs of all enforcement moduled in the smartview tracker but cannot see logs of one enforcement moduled. i am able to install policy in to that enforcement moduled. have kept service any between this modules. space in the management moduled 2 GB free. else every thing is working fine. |

| which version of chceckpoint do you use? I had the same problem whith version NGX R60. I had gateway with IP address in other subnet then primary IP address of SmartCenter |

| Hi Kranti, Even I am facing similar problem. No logs for One of my enf module on MGMT server with NGX. I can push policy, reset SIC, etc. One thing On SmartView Monitor the gateway status for this gateway shows like "X Problem" |

| Have you looked at sk26214? It describes several things it could be, including DNS. 1st thing to check is that $FWDIR/conf/masters has the correct IP address in it for your log server (on the gateway) |
