Default not logging after update

Hi folks,

I´m updating an R60 distributed installation, the smart center server is in a windows machine and the enforcement module is in a nokia 350, all is working fine, so I start the process to update,

1 updating the smartcenter server and all is ok
2 changing the ipso in the nokia to the 3.9 all is ok
3 updating the enforcement module to the R60 in the nokia then the traffic still ok, the sic is ok.. comunicating, I can apply a policy, but after that update the smart view tracker stop logging

any1 has an a idea? Why?

thanks,

Could you stop/start the enforcement module and check if the logs are available on the management station?
In the past we had a similar problem. We resolved the problem by restarting the enforcement module.
