Hi forum, i am running several nokia vrrp clusters and discoverd a logging-issue on ip265 systems in diskless mode. Checkpoint fw-1/vpn-1 r60-hfa_03 is installed on the nokias. In smartview-tracker the following alerts came up: log_sys_message: The log repository quota has been exceeded. No file could be deleted. I checked the proper directories both on smartcenter-server (logging-server) and on the enforcement-module. Both are uncritical in a matter of available diskspace. I have not found any "quota" settings possibly cause this alert. Are there any configuration-parameters for quota? Our fw-management in fact is a provider-1. The customers-directory (where cma-configurations and logs are saved) is far away from running into disk-space problems... Kind regards

For NGX, this is another one of the "it is safe to ignore" error messages. It happens because diskless platforms do not store the logs locally. You can see Nokia Resolution 1350494 for more details.

We've got hybrid (flash+disk) IP390 systems and get the same error.. ^^ Any ideas? Greets, hbl

http://www.checkpoint.com/downloads/...wer/index.html Here I only see R61_HFA_01 and R60_HFA_05 Nothing about R62. So where to get it? __________________ CCNA certified

It's not even on the CSP site. Where did you see it? I've got a customer on a diskless R62 setup that is affected by this problem, as well...
