Default Unable to View live Traffic in SmartView Tracker

Hello,

When opening SmartView Tracker and clicking on te "log" tab, I am unable to see live traffic. In order to see what my traffic I have to preform a log switch and then fetch it.

I have a NGX R60.

Not exacly sure what you've tried, so I'll suggest an easy fix. Have you turned on "auto-scroll" under the "Query" menu? This generally makes the entries fly by so fast that you can't read them unless you've done some significant filtering.

You may wish to try "Navigate - Go to bottom"

Tried that. Still nothing.

Any other Ideas?

Make sure you are not craft some logging server options under you FW objects (in a smart dashboard). Just check if there are some non default options.

Thanks for the info. I was able to get it working after i noticed that the smartcenter server had a nated public IP. I removed it and boom! traffic.

According to my old admin, it was on because we were trying out the edge devices.
