Default NGX Alerting

Hi All,
I have a problem with the NGX R60 alert function, logging works fine but the Checkpoint Alerts don't show up in SmartMonitor. I'm running HFA_03 and have two management stations one W2K server and one Win2003 Server. The event logs show the following errors:

W2K Server:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: FireWall-1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2
Date: 30/06/2006
Time: 13:59:13
User: N/A
Computer: ******
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 2 ) in Source ( FireWall-1 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Logging in >>>>.

Win2003 server:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: FireWall-1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2
Date: 30/06/2006
Time: 13:12:55
User: N/A
Computer: ********
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 2 ) in Source ( FireWall-1 ) cannot be found. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Logging in >>>>.

Also the average CPU, Active Real Memory and Disk free % work fine on the 2000 box but on the Win2003 server the Average CPU and Active Real Memory are blank, the Disk free works ok. The servers are built by external partners, so think its probably a service not started or a security configuration blocking it working. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Dave
