Default No info in log fields

Hi There Again

I am have problems with smartview tracker reading logs. It gets the logs and updates, although the fields such as source and destination are empty. All the information is put into the information field, which is not very effective.

Now this is in relation to my previous syslog problem I posted about before. I got the tracker reading them and it is these logs that tracker is not parsing into fields.

I was just wondering if there was anyway I could make checkpoint parse these properly.

Thanks for any Help
Concrete
