Default VPN alerts

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is a way I can get alerted if a vpn tunnel fails? I was getting no valid sa on my logs on one of the vpn tunnels we have and I wished I was alerted by email about this issue.
Is this alerting possible?
Thanks in advance for your response
Regards

Yes, in R60 and above you can have VPN tunnels set to permanent and have it alert on up or down (email can be one of the alerts)
