smartview monitor reports wrong memory

hi guys,

we just upgraded our smartcenter from R55 to R62, the cluster load sharing gateways each with 1gig of ram running on R55 nokia ip530. but the problem is the smartview monitor only detects 256 mb each. But on Nokia web voyager it registers a 1 gig of ram.
does anyone knows the cause of this?
