Default Error when launching SVM: Server is disconnected!

All-

We seem to be having a very strange issue when launching SVM, it immediately disconnects any other SmartConsole application from the database and throws an error in the Event Viewer logs. We are running NGX HFA05.

For reference, our database and console apps are on the same machine which we use RDP to access. We can use every other console application except SVM which as stated above throws this error in Event Viewer Application logs when the "Server is disconnected!" error message occurs upon launch.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: cpWatchDog
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1
Date: 6/28/2007
Time: 3:54:59 PM
User: N/A
Computer: [REDACTED]
Description:
cpWatchDog: [ERROR] Process FWM terminated abnormally : Unhandled exception 0xc0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION).

Anyone seen this error before? I'm stumped as to what to try next (besides installing the console apps on another machine to see if its machine specific... I'm doing that now).

Regards,
eyunghans
