error in smart view tracker

Hi all,

I use Checkpoint VSX NGAI R55 + Crossbeam. Now, SmartView Tracker can't display log and after a long time, SmartView Tracker gets log normally.

If you know the reason, please answer me. You can look at the picture.

Use to see this pre-NGAI all the time when doing when DNS resolving was on. I haven't seen it in R55 but try to turn off the name resolution in logging.
