Sessions per Second, how to ?

Hi , how can i determind new sessions per second on an R55 installation
without SmartviewMonitor or Eventia ? , need the numbers for
sizing a new configuration.

fw ?
cpstat ?
?

I don't know about new sessions. But you can see all opened connections on module - fw tab -t connections

I did end up with a little script line

while :; do fw ctl pstat| grep TCP; sleep 5; done

then i get the aprox number of new sessions each 5 sec, in increment from last
loop.
