Default Smartview Monitor R62 not working in Windows NT

I discovered that R62 Smartview Monitor does not work under Windows NT. When I try to run it I get message:

The dynamic link library MSIMG32.dll could not be found in the specified path.

I wonder if I copy the MSIMG32.dll library from Windows XP or 2000, would it work then? Has anyone had that kind of problem?

Dashboard, Tracker and Update work fine under NT...
