Default Smartview Monitor Crashes

Hi guys

Sorry for so many question but this has been doing my head in, and i cannot sort it out.

Basicially i have a windows 2003 server sp1 running NGX60 smartcenter management center and smartconsole the gui. The install went very smoothly and everything worked prefectly for about a week. I haven't installed anything else, and im pretty sure, it hasn't been patched. Now when i click on the smartview monitor it prompts you to login which it does with out issues, then from there it hangs and the window just closes after about 5 seconds, it dosen't give any error messages, and within windows event viewer is says the following

Do you use SmartConsole R60 HFA 02?
May be turn off Data Execution Prevention for SmartConsole clients...
