SmartView Monitor missing Remote User sessions

I'm having a problem showing Remote User VPN sessions in SmartView monitor.

If I have the same username connected via two separate SecureConsole sessions from two separate workstations, SmartView Monitor will only show one of the VPN sessions. For example, if "bob" has two separate SecureClient VPN sessions, SmartView monitor will only show one of them.

I even have the same problem with SSL Network Extender. If "bob" has one SecureConsole session and one SNX session, only one of the "bob"s will show up in the SmartView monitor user list.

If two different names are used, two separate sessions will be shown.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know how to get SmartView monitor to display both same-name VPN sessions? Could this be a bug?
