Default Smartview Monitor Issue

Don't know if it's the right category here...
anyway since we installed hfa03 for ngx r60 and smartconsole hfa02 we can't use smartview monitor anymore, it crashes while logon.
Attached the error messages, anyone else ever had this problem?

Thanks!

Can you start Monitor in Demo mode? Did you try to reinstall it?

I tried this solution but continued to get the same issue. We recently migrated our management platform from individual NG FP3 SmartCenters to Provider-1 NGX. Any idea of what else I need to do to get this working?

Did you delete those files from the CMA directory?

I had the same problem with a CMA I had migrated from FP3 to NGX. Removing those files under the customer's $FWDIR/conf directory did the trick.

Didn't delete them. Just renamed them. Also, our objects.C files are huge. Would this cause any issues?

Make sure you remove the backup ones too.

objects_5_0.C size shouldn't make a difference to RTM - but make sure you are deleting your unused objects, it's just general good housekeeping.

Removed all backups but this made no difference.

Hi porter,

I am new to checkpoint. Recently we have upgraded R61 to R62. Everything works fine other than smartview monitor on both client as well as server. Can you please guide me the process to complete the same.

Thx in Advance
