SmartView Monitor don´t show graphics

My smartview monitor don´t show de firewall history from one of the gateways.
On the sytem counters-> firewall history appear this:
"Data is currently being collected the system requires 2 minutes to get initial results".
I just can see the graphic "since sytem installed", last hout, week, month i cant see.

Any ideias,
