Default SmartPortal login in URL string

Anybody know if it is possible to place the admin id and password into the URL string when starting up a SmartPortal session?

https://'userid@password'/smartcenter:4433

OR something similar??

We'd like to to add SmartPortal as an add on to an existing web portal and would love to be able to pass the credentials so that a 2nd login process is not required.
