This morning, all of my user's are unable to log into one of my remote sites due to LDAP failure. When I try to retrieve a new fingerprint from the LDAP server, I receive a message: "Failed to connect to LDAP Server SSL connection failed ckpSSL ssl lib error." Does anyone have any idea what this means or how it could have happened? I've made no changes recently to the firewalls. Thanks

Unfourtonaly SecureKnowledge is down right now so I can't give you the SK# but if you search for that error message there is an SK on it.

Actually, I opened a support ticket and then determined the issue was actually not with Checkpoint. Our LDAP server was on the fritz and hung at 100% cpu. When our Checkpoint attempted to retrieve the fingerprint from the LDAP server, it was not unavailable, so it didnt time out, but instead threw this odd error. Once we resolved the issue with the LDAP server, the Checkpoint server went back to working as intended. Thanks for the reply.
