Default retrieve Dshield block list

I intend to use a blocking rule with a dynamic CPDShield object in my firewall policy. Can somebody inform me if a smartdefense suscription is necessary to dynamicaly retrieving dshield.org block list? My FW-1 version is NGX60 HFA-05

Hi bernard,

As far as i know you do not need a smartdefense sub to use this facility. it is provided by dshield. Also you do not need to put it in a rule, you configure it from within the smartdefense tab (block all, apply to gateways etc)

it updates every 3 hours. If you switch it on and log it won't be long before you see entries in the tracker.
