Default Agent mail server Line is too long

Occasionally I get the message "agent: mail server; reason: Line is too long(+) the maximal length is 4095". and the firewall rejects the email.

The closest thing I can find is it is the subject line on an email. My guess is it the old DOS uses carriage-return line-feed and UNIX only uses a line feed. Maybe the sending mail system is using just a carriage return instead. Thats only a guess.

It is marked as a smart defense product event but I don't see setting to adjust it in smart defense.

Many moons ago I called checkpoint and I believe using guidbedit they had me change the global properties smtp_max_global_headers_size to 32768. Thats still the same so it did not fix it.

Ideas? I am on using R62 on Nokias with on Ipso 4.1. I had the same error when I was on R55 and Ipso 3.81.
