DNS issue

Hello,

We started getting smart defense messages that tell us we are getting two things blocked...

Traffic on port 1039 between our DNS servers using service domain-udp (53)

and

Traffic on port domain-udp (53) between our DNS servers using service 1039

I am not sure what all of a sudden made this start happening but we have been getting drops in our smart defense logs for a long time before this started so I am not sure if smart defense is the issue. Anyone seen anything like this?
