SmartDefense Header Rejection...

I have all of a sudden gotten a few complaints of VPN connections not happening anymore. I can only see...

TCP-80 Reject
Attack Name: Header Rejection
Attack Information: MS-ASN.1 Bitstring (1) and also seeing (3)

I know I have this enabled in Web Intelligence, but I am not sure why... I can not seem to find much on this except for it is a source code...

any help on why/not to keep this enabled/disabled?
