Default Update Failed

hi all,

I got the error message " Failed to Update Smartdefense webserver error" while updating the Smartdefense from Smartdashboard. I am not using any proxy and have access to the Internet.

can anyone help me to solve the issue.. Thanks in advance.

Call account services, I've seen where the system loses the assocation between a users and SMDF subscription

Please check your account at user center and also check for smart defence license expiry date.
