I have a SPLAT on NGX R60 and trying to set up ConnectControl. In the Smart Dashboard if I go to Policy and Global Properties - I cannot see the option for Connect Control that should be there ? Can anyone help - Thanks

Yes, may be you must create the object: Manage --> networks object --> new logical server....

You have to define the two web servers, balance method, etc.

Create a rule: Any Logical service, http, accept.
Not use static nat, you have to create a proxy arp.

Also you need separate license for Connect Control.

Hi,

I'm having this same issue. Logical server and server group are created. ConnectControl license is installed in SmartUpdate (central license on Management Server), and still no ConnectControl menu in Global Properties.

ConnectControl is, of course, not working correctly - when I try to hit the logical server address from the outside I get nothing (not even a log message in Tracker.

Any ideas?
