| hey everyone i have a smart defense annual subscription, but when i type my user name and password i get a "Failed to update SmartDefense and Web intelligence". i tried creating "free 30-day trial" account and using that account, and the same thing happens, ive been in touch with our reseller and they say checkpoint's answer was that the service is availbale to the account and that there is no problem. i tried both accounts in another checpoint, and it worked fine with both Does anyone has experienced this before? any hints? im desparate, need to fix this, any comment it will be greatly appreciated, also, if you need any more info just let me know and ill give it to you. Software: Checkpoint NGX on secure platform SmartDashboard NGX R60_HFA_1 i have licenses for VPN-1 Pro/Express and Secure Platform both http and https are allowed Thanks everyone |

| Problem Solved it turn out to be some kind of computer problem, not checkpoint itself. I installed the smartdashboard in another computer and worked fine, still trying to figure out whats wrong with the first one Thanks everyone |
