How to enable detail log on smart dashboard

Hi all,

Can everybody tell me how to enable debug logs or enable more detail logs on smartdashboard, I how the rule base can enable the log, but the log not show more details.

You'd have to add / remove columns from your SmartView Tracker to see all of the log information (View -> Query Properties). Otherwise, double click on the specific log entry and say "More Informaiton".

Lastly, check to see if "implied rules" are being logged by going into SmartDashboard -> Policy -> Global Properties -> Firewall -> Log Implied Rules

What kind of information are you looking for? Flagging a rule to "Account" instead of log will give you duration/bytes/etc.

There are several types of debugging you can enable as well.

Owing to site to site vpn is not stable, and we found that the key has a problem when we check the log, but we cannot found details problem for the key problem.
