CP products don't start automatically after reboot

Here is my Config: I have an HA setup. Rebooting the Master to test the resilience led to a problem. While the Master is down, the backup comes online which is good. But when the Master boots fully, the VRRP status shows that the master is now "Master" but it does not have any policy loaded. the policy is only loaded when I manually do CPSTART. I would not want to think it has anytthing to do with the HA but I am lost as to what is the cause and how to solve it.

Any idea will be appreciated.

Use cp config to check wich checkpoint products are used at boot.
