Default Request time-out at VR

hi all,
I use Crossbeam X40 + Checkpoint VSX. + Checkpoint Provider-1 to manage Checkpoint VSX. At Checkpoint VSX, I create VR (x.x.x.9 and x.x.x.10), I also create VS for customer.
Now, I have a problem: when customers from outside tracert to server at my company, customers will see "request time out" at VR. I want to change how customers can see the ip address of VR. How can I do that? If you know, please answer me early. Thank you for your help.
