| Im trying to get the smtp alert to work and cant seem to get it, in global properties i have under logs and alerts >SMTP > sendmail -s Alert user@domain.com i test it and its not working any ideas? Last edited by kidem; 2007-12-17 at 05:41. |

| Take a look at the help info. Your syntax looks incorrect. You need to know your mailserver... internal_sendmail [-s subject] -t mailserver [-f sender_email] recipient_email [recipient_email ...] |

| OK i did look at the help and yes it was wrong, but i changed it and still nothing, i SSH to the smartcenter box and go to expert mode and try sendmail that way, it gives a 0 at the end then go back to command prompt any idea? Would this be a problem since the fwsrv isnt part of our domain:? |
