More than one adminstrator not able to login

Dear friends,

We are 3 member team in our office managing the checkpoint firewall.. We have 3 indivudual profile for all of us . previously the system allowed us to login to the smartcenter server simultanesouly . But from yesterday its not allowing us to do the same . if one of admin logsout only it allows the other one to do so. It gives authentication error message .

What could be the problem for this

The design of SmartCenter server is that way. It will only allow one adminstrator at a time in read/write mode. All other admins should login in read-only mode.

Thanks for the info ... but even in read/write mode it doesnt allow us to login .

It disconnects other user or gives an error message " authentication failed "

I assume you tried with READ-ONLY mode login. Also what kind of authentication you use? Would you post the complete error message you get?
