backup and restore

If our enforcement Module ( firewall ) machine break down than how to restore config files from smart center .

What exactly are you trying to do here. If the enforcement point breaks then you would need a backup of the OS config.

The only config files that the SMARTCenter has for the enforcement point is the security policy, objects and user database. It doesn't hold the OS config.

You would need to build a new enforcement point, restore the OS config, ie hostname, routes, etc from a backup. Install Check Point software and establish SIC from the SMARTCenter to the new gateway and then attach the license and push a policy again over SIC. This will then get the security policy, objects and user database onto the rebuilt gateway.
