Hi, I've just changed the external IP address on a Nokia IP350. When this was done I had to unload the policy to connect to the SmartDashboard on R62. Once connected I apply the updated policy however this causes all access to the be blocked. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this? Graham

Whats sort of loging are you seeing ...if any? As you can pushed a policy you must have updated the checkpoint object in the firewall rulebase? you could also check the Nokia System message logs.

Did you change the Topology definition for the Check Point object, as well as the NAT address for any Public Servers. I am assuming that changed the subnet rather then change the IP address to another in the same subnet.

I changed the Interface IP address & subnet through the Nokia Voyager the original IP was in the 158.x.x.x range and the new IP is in the 62.x.x.x range. I also updated the Check Point object and the topology as well. Unfortunately, I don't have a record of any logs as it was pretty urgent to get the box up and running so we had to rebuild from scratch.
