Revision Control on R65

Anyone had problem with 'revision control' on R65?
After serveral successfull revisions server stops creating them and requires reboot to resume operation.
Cprestart does no effect.
During policy push (when it fails) SmartDashboard client displays message that creation of revision control started and hangs there for a while allowing 'abort' option. After abort (I tried several times) it asks for comments and creates new revision (rev listed in file-->rev control) , but policy never installed.

Yes, I had problems after upgrade_importing my configuration into an R65 box. Its detailed over in this thread.

Thanks, seams like sk#32010 fixed the problem. Last Friday created 16 revisions w/out reboots.
