Default Unable to login to Smartcenter

Hi
I am facing a problem while loging to the smartcenter.
I have standalone architecture on Resilience box.
The problem that I am facing is that while loging through the dashboard i get the error, "Unable initiate the connection, check the smartcenter server is up and running".
I have the system in GUI clients list
Administrator password and name are right.
Reset the ICA.
Unable to reset the SIC because it is saying to delete the CA.
Deleted the logs.
Restarted the Smartcenter server.

But still I am unable login to the smartcenter server getting the same error.
Any ideas I shall be thankful.

Regards
Ranjit

If it's standalone box, it consists of SC and enforcement module. May be try to unload policy before connection by GUI. Type "fw unloadlocal" from command line.
