Default Smartcenter server on vmware

Hi guys,

I try to run NGX R65 Smartcenter server on vmware workstation 5.5.3/windows 2003 server/bridge mode, I can't ping from server to smartserver. when I type "arp" on expert mode, it shows "incomplete". any thoughts ? thanks in advance.

This is network problem, not smart center...

The thing is I can't ping from Host(windows) to Guest (SPLAT), not even involved network.Anybody tried this before ? I saw a couple of posts talking they are successfully doing this, any tricks ?
