Default Help with passing SmartDefense alert messages to custom scripts.

I am having difficulty in getting the smartdefense alert process (in SmartCenter R61) to pass the alert message to an assigned custom script, for further processing. Does anyone know what the default variables that can be used, to request the alert message fields, from the alerting process within checkpoint.

I have been all through the checkpoint documentation and even opened a support case with Checkpoint, to understand how to ensure the alerting process passes the raw message to a custom script. They were unwilling to provide any support for this customized requirement. Any information related to this function would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
