Default Can't connect

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to my test CP box, using port forwarding on my router. I opened 443 and 22 and I can connect via the web and ssh, but I can't connect with SmartDashboard.

Anyone know what ports I need to open or other things I need to do. I opened 18190, but I still get "Please make sure that the Server ******* is up and running and that you are defined as a GUI client". P.S. I am defined as a gui client.

Thanks

If you are trying to get to checkpoint gui mgmt using ssh port forwarding you need to port forward 18190 and then point your gui client to localhost for authentication. The GUI client list will not apply if you mgmt server is running and you do this since you are in essence connecting from the management server to the management server.

Thanks, I just found out that the port is being blocked by our corporate fw.

I'm good now.
