Installed NG SP3 on a Nokia IP530. Imported rules base from Checkpoint 4.1. One user was "read only" in 4.1 and when she installed the Smart Dashboard software she couldn't see the imported rules base. Turns out she was installed as a "customized" user and had to be deleted and recreated. Re-installed the Smart Dashboard and everything worked fine once her account was re-established as read only.
