Default New Admin connection problems

Hi,

I had a problem on a management/enforcer yesterday when i added in a new GUI client and then a new Admin account, the user database was installed but the new admin could not connect until the rulebase was also installed ?

I cant understand why this is, can anyone offer any advice ?

Thanks

Default Re: New Admin connection problems

Because your rulebase is restricting which GUI clients can connect.

You've got combination mgmt/enforcement, therefore the rulebase also needs to be installed to allow the new GUI client to connect. My guess is you are using implied rules.
