| Hi this maybe a newbe question, but is there a way of unlocking an Admin account on SmartDash board? Under the Users and Administrators tab>Administrators>account exists but is locked out. Account locked message displayed when attempting to login to SmartDashboard. The only workaround is to delete the Admin account and recreate it? Any way to unlock the account without the above workaround? Many thanks Mark |

| fwm lock_admin -u <admin_name> Page 81, CheckPoint_R61_CLI_UserGuide.pdf manage.lock is related to an admin being logged into SmartDashboard, and locking others out. |
