Default Internal Error [11] when i want to delete a user

Checkpoint R55

When i want to delete a user in my smartdashboard / users
I have this message :

Internal Error [11] while handling object xxxx
Failed to remove references of object xxxx

I tested with the tool GuiDBedit.exe and i have the same problem
Error :
Could not delete. Failed to remove references of objet xxxx

have you seen sk11157?
try removing user from any groups they are a member of first.

Or add them back into the groups they were part of. I had to do that with a few.

I'm having the exact same issue with our R55 Dashboard, except doing either of the aforementioned fixes doesn't resolve the issue.

If I try to remove all group memberships from the user object, save, then delete, same Error [11].

If I try to re-add basic group memberships to the user object, save, then delete, same Error [11].

GuiDBEdit.exe throws the error also...

I also seem to be unable to find the mentioned SK11157 article in UserCenter (big surprise)... anyone have a string from the article so I can search on that?
