Default Access query utility?

Relatively new user to CP here...

Just wondering if there is a utility that allows a query of any particular CP ruleset to check if specific access is granted. For example: Need to know if Server-A is allowed to Server-B on Port-X.

Right now I can get it done checking the "where-used" function, but that often means having to sift through about 35 rules using deductive reasoning.

Any tools out there that will just serve up the goods?
