Searching for ACL in Smartdashboard

Hi

I have excel sheet of source IP address, destination IP address, port range/number. I need to verify these ACLs into Checkpoint Smsrtdashboard.I have data in the form of IP addresess but Checkpoint works with objects. for some ip ranges or port ranges objects are not created. also i cannot create objects cos i have readonly access. Anybody help me in searching for the rule base so that i end up with one rule.
