SmartDefense Update Hangs

I'm attempting to update our smartdefense updates which have become somewhat out of date. I'm able to launch the smart defense services update, it downloads the update but then just sits at "Expanding Update Files" I've currently been letting it run for over three hours. I'm running SmartDashboard NGX R62 connecting to an NGX R62 Management server running SPLAT. This is the third time I've tried this with the same result, anyone have any suggestions?

Reboot the SmartCenter & the GUI client. I have seen SMDF updates get stuck like this before and a reboot is the only thing I've found that will fix it.

Thanks for the help, but I actually figured it out. It was hanging due to a FW that I had decomissioned still being listed (but not actually communicating). Once I removed it everything went smooth.
