restarting the smartcenter service alone

Hi all,

i have one stand alone firewall and it seems that the smartcenter service crash or down.
i used ps aux| grep fwm, nothing shown up. i also cannot access to smartcenter using smartdashboard. the fwd, firewall rules still fine.

Is it possible to restart the smartcenter service only? rather than cprestart?
