Smartcenter Server upgradation

i have gateway(UTM) with R65 and have smartcenter server R60 installed on 1 pc......i know we cannot use this configuaration as smartcenter server should be of same or higher version as compared to gateway.....so how do i upgrade smartcenter server to R65 as i donot have R65 CD.....from where i can get this CD.....thankx

Where did you get the CD for the gateway?

You can download the upgrade package from the usercenter.

i am using UTM-1 450 as gateway....and wanted to install smartcenter server and dashboard on seperate PC...the UTM-1 450 that i have is of R65 version and I have R60 NGX CD so i can install smartcenter of R60 version..which will not work as smartcenter server should be of same or greater version than gateway.

If your SmartCenter is under support, download the wrapper and perform the upgrade or contact your reseller to get the new media kit.

thankx for your reply....can you tell me what exactly is this wrapper...i have seen it on checkpoint website and also downloaded it.....but when exactly we use thi wrapper?.....sorry i am bit new to checkpoint and still learning things

one more thing i have smart center R60 Cd....can i upgrade it to R65...if so then how?

You can order the R65 CD pack from here. You just select the one you want and then continue. Use your UserCenter login details and will ship you a CD.
